1. Fix the hanger on the ceiling first, and the screws used to install the hanger should be determined according to the material of the ceiling. Choose screws that can hold the hanger and must be able to withstand a pull of 16 kg (35 lb).
2. Put the wave cup on the boom, and pull out the motor power cord from the inner hole of the boom, then insert the end of the boom with two holes into the suspension head of the motor, insert the connecting bolts, and lock them to ensure safety. Tighten the fixing screws.
3. Hang the installed motor on the hanger, and then connect the power cord.
4. Align the 3 small holes on the fan blade with the 3 small holes on the leaf fork. All fan blades should be tightened in an even order to prevent the angle deviation of the fan blades from causing the
Ceiling fan to rotate. When shaking.
5. Fix the assembled fan blades to the motor respectively, and tighten the fixing screws.

6. Connect the assembled lamp holder power cord to the power cord on the left side of the motor switch box, then connect the lamp holder to the switch box and tighten it with screws. Then unscrew the lamp holder ring, install the lampshade, and lock the lampshade with the lamp holder ring. Install the light source and tighten it.
7. After installation, check whether all the screws on the
Ceiling Fan are tightened, and then turn on the power to test whether the ceiling fan is operating normally.
8. Test run for about 10 minutes, and check again whether the screws or coils on the ceiling fan are all loosened.
What should I do if the fan light is shaking?
① Randomly select a fan blade and place it in the middle of the blade with a balance clamp;
②Turn on the fan and observe whether the swaying arc is improved. If it is not improved, move the balance clamp to another fan blade and repeat this procedure. After all the fan blades have been tested, find the fan blade that improves the sway best;
③Move the balance clamp back to the blade for improving the vibration effect, move the balance clamp to the end or top of the fan blade, turn on the fan, and find the position of the balance clamp to improve the vibration;
④ After determining the position, tear off a piece of balance weight and paste it on the back of the blade, remove the balance clamp, and complete the debugging.
What should I do if the fan light makes an abnormal noise during operation?
①The lampshade is not tightened, there are gaps when loose, and there is high-frequency vibration (remove the lampshade and turn on the fan to see);
②Invisible fan light, check whether the adhesive of the driver is loose. If it is loose, it will vibrate.
③Understand whether the customer's house is installed on the original wall or ceiling. If there is vibration in the ceiling position, it cannot be solved. It is a sound produced by physical resonance and needs to be replaced.
